Position Overview
A boutique hotel in Santorini is seeking a skilled Bartender to create memorable experiences for its international guests. The ideal candidate will handle coffee preparation, beverages, and light snack bar operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of coffees, beverages, and simple cocktails
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at the bar
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of the snack bar
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Supporting smooth daily bar operations
Who weāre looking for (must have)
- Excellent spoken English
- Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender
- Basic knowledge of snack bar operation
- Courtesy, responsibility, and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure during high season
- Good communication skills with customers
