About the Role
A boutique hotel in Santorini is looking for an energetic and polite Bellboy to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Offer assistance with room orientation, ensuring guests feel comfortable and informed.
- Assist with valet parking services, where applicable.
- Provide accurate information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Assist other departments, such as Front Office, when required.
- Ensure that the lobby and entrance areas are always clean, organized, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role for at least one season.
Professional appearance and polished grooming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hospitable and proactive attitude.
Ability to lift and carry luggage or other heavy items as required.
References from previous employers are highly desirable.
Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
Punctuality, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
