Your Key Responsibilities As Receptionist
- Welcome guests with professionalism, and a genuine client-first attitude.
- Carry out check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide assistance to guests via phone or online regarding their bookings.
- Register guest details, including phone numbers, dates of stay, and other required information.
- Offer detailed information about the resort’s facilities, room availability, pricing, and services, including offerings from hotel partners.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet established quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation and payment files.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and ready to welcome guests.
- Handle phone calls and provide professional communication on behalf of the resort.
- Support the team in achieving high standards of guest satisfaction and overall operational success.
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or similar roles is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- A hospitable, kind, and proactive personality with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of Protel or other PMS is highly desirable.
